BEGINNING OF THE CREATION OF GOD
Beginning: from the Greek word arche which means: the Begining, or Origin, or Commencement (of something); properly - the initial starting point; or origin, of what is being spoken of - in context: the Creation of God.
Creation: from the Greek word ktisis which means: the Creation, "that" which was created by God, the Creator (ktistés), from nothing. ("that"being the universe). The "act or action" of creating.
God: from the Greek word Theou (from theos) which means: God. Properly, God who is the Creator and owner of all things.

This title of Jesus, "The Beginning of The Creation of God" is used as a purposeful "title" of Jesus; and is not an 'action' of God in the sense of Jesus Himself being being created by God out of nothing as the first action of creation in the beginning. Jesus was eternally preexistent with God, and was God. Consider the apostle Johns profound opening presentation of Jesus:
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. This-One was in the beginning (arche) with God. All things were made through Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made." (John 1:1-3)
"But to us there is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things (all creation), and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things (all creation), and we through Him." (1 Corinthians 8:6)
"He (Jesus) is the Image of the Invisible God, the Firstborn of all Creation; for in Him (in Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are upon the earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers; all things were created through Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and in Him (Jesus) all things consist (or hold together). And He is the Head of the Body, the church. He is the Beginning, the Firstborn From the Dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence. For it pleased Him (the Father) that in Him (the Son) should all the fulness dwell; And, having made peace through the blood of His cross, through Him (Jesus) to reconcile all things unto Himself; through Him, I say, whether they be things on the earth, or things in heaven. And you, who were formerly alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now has He reconciled us In the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and blameless and beyond reproach in His sight: If indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard, and which was preached to every creature who is under heaven; of which I Paul am made a minister." (Colossians 1:15-23)
"God, who many times, and in various manners, spoke long ago unto the fathers by the prophets, Has in these last days spoken unto us in His Son (Jesus), whom He has appointed Heir of All Things, through whom also He made the ages (aionas - all Time), who being the Brightness of His Glory, and the Exact Image of His Substance, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had through Himself purged our sins, sat down on the Right Hand of the Majesty on High. (Hebrews 1:1-3)
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For in this (in faith) the elders (of long ago) obtained a good-testimony. Through faith we understand that the ages (aionas) were prepared by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which are visible." (Hebrews 11:1-3)

and without Christ Jesus nothing was made, except what was made!
And in Christ Jesus All Creation is held together!
There is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist in Him!
There is but one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we exist through Him!
